Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
